TRAVELER’S GUIDE TO LA CARLOTA CITY

(Effective June 16, 2021)

Are you travelling to La Carlota City, Negros Occidental? If so, let the following steps guide you for a hassle-free trip to the city.
 
STEP 1. STAYSAFE. STAYSAFE. Download StaySafe at www.staysafe.ph. It can also be downloaded from Google Play, Apple App Store and Huawei App Gallery. Register your name and phone number to StaySafe. Upon successful registration, you will be given a unique QR Code. Take a screenshot or photo of this QR Code. You may also print this QR Code and keep it neat and dry.
 
STEP 2. S-PASS. Register at https://s-pass.ph/. Apply for S-PaSS Permit or Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) to Negros Occidental (La Carlota City). Upload requirements such as valid RT-PCR result and photo of your StaySafe QR Code. At this point, your TCP will have a “PENDING” watermark on it. It is advisable to apply for your TCP at least two (2) days before your departure date.
 
STEP 3. COORDINATION WITH LGU. You are advised to immediately call the City Tourism Office at landline (034)466-7845 or SMART 0961-5312857 for further instructions and to expedite the approval of your S-PaSS Permit/TCP. If your trip is not immediate, please call between 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday.

STEP 4. APPROVED S-PASS PERMIT. The Province of Negros Occidental will issue the approved S-PaSS Permit/TCP a day before your departure date. Your TCP will have an “APPROVED” watermark on it.
 
STEP 5. DEPARTURE FROM ORIGIN. On the day of your departure, please call the La Carlota City (LCC) COVID Team to confirm your arrival or the cancellation of your flight at SMART 0928-2737500 or GLOBE 0916-2647778. To those who will commute inter-regionally by bus, please coordinate with LCC COVID Team so that necessary arrangements can be made on your pick up point.
 
STEP 6. ARRIVAL. The LCC COVID Team will pick you up at your disembarkation point. Please text or call the LCC COVID Team that you have arrived in Negros Occidental.
 
STAY SAFE.
