City Honors Former SPM Pernito
Mayor Rex Jalando-on and the Sangguniang Panlungsod led by Vice Mayor David Baga paid their last respects to former SP member Zaldy C. Pernito last June 2 at the Ultrea, Our Lady of Peace Parish.
The City expressed its sympathy and condolences to the family of the late City Councilor through Resolution 2021-075.
Former SP member Pernito died last May 31, 2021 after a long illness. He served as SP Member in 1995-2004, 2007-2010 and 2013-2019. Upon his death, he is serving as Executive Assistant at the City Mayor’s Office.
Interment is scheduled on June 9, 2021 at the La Carlota City Memorial Park after a 9:00AM mass at Our Lady of Peace Parish Church.
Former SP member Pernito is survived by his wife Ma. Elena and his six children, Chenen, Zaldy, Jr., Mandy, Mark, Ma. Charmis, and Randy.
