The City Government of La Carlota and the La Carlota City Government Employees Association (LCCGEA) signed a Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) last March 3 at the SK Hall, this city.

The local government was represented by Mayor Rex Jalando-on, City Budget Officer and Acting City Administrator Marlene Gargantiel and Human Resource Management Office Head Rommel Tam. The LCCGEA was represented by its officers headed by Noel Gamilla and Rene Varon.
