The City Health Office (CHO) presented the award and certificate of recognition to Mayor Rex R. Jalando-on bestowed by the Commission of Population and Development-Region VI (POPCOM) last February 10, 2021 in Bacolod City.

La Carlota City was recognized as Top 3 for Couples Reached (Provinces/HUCs) for the year 2021.

Doc Rex received the POPCOM recognition at his Office last February 16.

Presenting the award and certificate to Doc Rex were City Health Officer Rommel Sabig, City-Population Officer- designate Ma.Lux Atienza, CHO staff Raquel Tangile and Adolescent Healthy and Development Program Focal Person Ken Mental.
